Join Penrith Singers for a night of exciting and evocative music, performing Sir Karl Jenkins' 'The Armed Man' and Haydn 'Mass in Time of War'.

'The Armed Man' was voted Britian’s favourite piece of classical music in the Classic FM Hall of Fame 2026; the first time a living composer has topped the poll as the nation’s classical favourite. Penrith Singers are thrilled to be performing this deeply moving and powerful piece.

The 'Mass in Time of War' compliments Jenkin's work beautifully, providing contemplative as well as stirring movements.
